10. River Tracker Android app

Kosit Jitpiroj also provides the River Tracker Android app (application ID com.supspacemaeklong.apptracker) for participants to join an operator-created outdoor trip and, only after an explicit Start action, share trip progress with authorized trip operators. App users must be at least 18 years old.

During an active trip, River Tracker collects precise location in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use. A location record may include event and server receipt times, accuracy, latitude and longitude, and available motion, speed, heading, altitude, and battery information. The app also processes a random installation identifier; app version; Android version; device manufacturer and model; trip join, start, stop/end, and SOS actions; upload and acknowledgement state; and operational, authorization, security, and audit records needed to run and protect the service.

We use this information for active-trip live route monitoring, data-freshness and device status, delayed-upload reconciliation, SOS processing, authorization, security, and service diagnosis. The app contains no advertising or third-party advertising analytics, and we do not sell participant or location data.

Location collection begins only after an authorized operator creates trip access, the participant reviews the trip, and the participant explicitly starts tracking. Android shows a persistent notification while background tracking is running. Stop tracking in the app or notification stops new sampling. An operator may also revoke the session. After a normal trip end, points already stored on the device may be reconciled for up to six hours; no new sampling occurs during reconciliation.

Authorized trip operators can access the trip information needed to operate the trip. Hostinger processes data as our infrastructure hosting provider. Data is transmitted to the configured service over HTTPS and protected by revocable credentials and organization-scoped access. Raw precise location and linkable derived route history are purged 24 hours after the tracking session ends and are excluded from long-lived backups. Non-GPS account, audit, authorization, and security records are retained for 30 days and then deleted through the service retention process.

To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email mrkosit@gmail.com. We may ask for information needed to verify that the requester is entitled to act for the relevant trip or record. We respond and apply any exceptions according to applicable Thai law.

River Tracker depends on the participant's device, GPS, battery, network, and operator procedures. It does not guarantee connectivity, SOS delivery, operator response, or rescue.

การเก็บตำแหน่งเริ่มหลังจากผู้ดูแลสร้างสิทธิ์เข้าทริป ผู้เข้าร่วมตรวจสอบรายละเอียด และกดเริ่มติดตามเท่านั้น Android จะแสดงการแจ้งเตือนถาวรขณะติดตามเบื้องหลัง การกดหยุดติดตามในแอปหรือการแจ้งเตือนจะหยุดเก็บข้อมูลใหม่ และผู้ดูแลสามารถเพิกถอน เซสชันได้ หลังจบทริปตามปกติ ข้อมูลที่บันทึกไว้แล้วในอุปกรณ์อาจถูกส่งซ้ำได้ไม่เกิน 6 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่มีการเก็บตัวอย่างตำแหน่งใหม่ในช่วงดังกล่าว

ผู้ดูแลทริปที่ได้รับอนุญาตเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินทริป และ Hostinger ประมวลผลข้อมูลในฐานะผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ข้อมูลถูกส่งผ่าน HTTPS และป้องกันด้วยข้อมูลรับรองที่เพิกถอนได้และการจำกัดสิทธิ์ตามองค์กร ข้อมูลตำแหน่งแม่นยำและประวัติเส้นทางที่เชื่อมโยงถึงบุคคลจะถูกล้างภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หลังเซสชันติดตามสิ้นสุดและไม่รวมอยู่ในข้อมูลสำรองระยะยาว ข้อมูลบัญชี บันทึกตรวจสอบ การอนุญาต และความปลอดภัยที่ไม่ใช่ GPS เก็บไว้ 30 วันแล้วลบตามกระบวนการของระบบ
